Salary: R25 000 - R35 000 p/m negotiable (Market related)

Our client is a leading name in the motorcycle industry, known for our passion for two-wheelers and commitment to excellence. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager/Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. The Client is looking for someone who enjoys bike rides, goes on toy runs, and participates in motorcycle events.

Minimum Requirements

1. 5 years plus in a service manager/service advisor role
2. 5 years of experience working on both motorcycles and vehicles
3. Management of staff
4. Management of workshop
5. Marketing and selling of parts
6. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
7. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
8. Knowledge of health and safety regulations specific to workshop environments
9. Financial acumen, with experience managing workshop budgets, cost control, and profit optimization
10. Ability to mentor and develop junior staff members, fostering a culture of learning and development within the workshop team
