West London NHS Trust provides a full range of mental health, community and physical healthcare services for children, adults and older people living in the London boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hounslow.
37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri: 8.00am – 4.00pm)
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
The day-to-day running of the Patients Property Store, ensuring that all patients’ property is checked in on admission and out on discharge, and records of all movements of patient property are kept accurate and up-to-date on the hospital’s database, whilst ensuring that security directives are implemented at all times.
The role will involve communicating with ward staff, patients, and other internal hospital departments, as well as some external communication to answer queries and resolve any issues, either face-to-face, via email or telephone.
The role will require the incumbent to be physically fit as it will involve climbing ladders and the lifting and moving of storage boxes. I.T/computer skills are essential for this role, but all other training will be provided.
A full clean driving licence is also an essential requirement as the role may involve driving to an offsite storage facility.
Uniform will be provided.
