Overview: Hire Resolve is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our client's team in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial management, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance in the insurance sector. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company and providing insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
Assess and manage financial risks in the insurance industry
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team
Collaborate with other executives to drive business performance and strategic initiatives
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies
Must Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CA, CFA, AGA, etc preferred
10+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in the insurance industry
Proven track record of leading financial strategies and driving business growth
Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and claims processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Experience leading teams and developing talent
