Duties & Responsibilities

Job & Company Description: This Property group is recruiting for a Head of Finance to join their dynamic team.

The Head of Finance will report directly to both the Financial Director and the Chief Executive Officer.

In this pivotal role, they will steer the organization's financial strategy and offer expert guidance to achieve both operational and strategic goals, ensuring enduring financial success.

The HOF will lead and oversee these critical areas to uphold the organization's financial health and viability.

Duties:

1. Leading the annual budgeting process
2. Implement and maintain accounting and administrative policies
3. Update and track monthly cash flows
4. Provide regular feedback to the operations team
5. Assist with system implementations

Job Experience & Skills Required

Qualifications:

1. Qualified CA(SA)

Experience:

1. Property industry experience is non-negotiable
2. At least 8-10 years post articles experience
