Connexxen is Hiring: VP of Sales & Partnerships | Smart Home and Office Innovation

Are you a sales leader who thrives on results, strategic partnerships, and scaling a business from the ground up?

At Connexxen, we’re shaping the future of smart home & office automation, and we need a VP of Sales & Partnerships to help drive revenue, forge key relationships, and position Connexxen as an industry leader. This is a high-impact leadership role, perfect for someone who wants to be a true business partner, not just an employee.

What You’ll Do:

  1. Develop & execute B2B & B2C sales strategies in smart home automation, real estate tech, and IoT solutions.
  2. Build strategic partnerships with real estate developers, home improvement firms, and smart home technology providers.
  3. Lead revenue generation efforts by identifying new opportunities and executing go-to-market strategies.
  4. Work closely with leadership to shape Connexxen’s growth roadmap and expansion strategy.

Compensation: Profit-Sharing & Growth Incentives

At Connexxen, success is shared. Instead of a traditional salary, this role is structured as a performance-based partnership with unlimited earning potential:

  1. Profit-Sharing Model – Earn percent of revenue from every deal you close and partnership you secure. Your income grows with the company.

Location:

While the role is primarily "remote work," there will be times we will meet face-to-face for brainstorming, field research, events, & prospect-client interactions; living/being in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, or within close commuting proximity, is a must at this stage.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships (preferably in PropTech, IoT, Smart Homes, or Home and office Automation).
  2. Experience working with real estate firms, home improvement businesses, or tech startups.
  3. Ability to build and execute strategic sales plans while driving measurable business results.
  4. Strong networking and negotiation skills, with a passion for shaping the future of smart living.
  5. Entrepreneurial mindset – Someone excited to be a key player in building a fast-growing company from an early stage.
