Tendering and Business Development Engineer
Job description
Objective
- To pursue tenders by completing the necessary documentations and obligations including attending briefing sessions and more.
- Identify, qualify and follow through on sales leads with the view to bank new clients.
- Development of business development growth strategy.
Minimum Requirements- Diploma or B-Tech in Electrical Engineering Heavy Current.
- Fully conversant with NEC, GCC & FIDIC contracts.
- 5 years experience in Protection Relays and Schemes & Sub Station Automation solutions.
- Knowledge and understanding of the tendering systems and requirements.
- Experience in sales and marketing in the technical environment of Protection Relays and Schemes & Sub Station Automation solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Duties- Business development including tendering.
- Ensure that the company's tendering system is up to date.
- Obtain the necessary approvals for tenders and new business acquisition.
- Support the technical and project teams relating to commercial terms & conditions and the law.
- Administration of customer relationship including annual price adjustments.
- Maintain customer relationship and inhouse stakeholder relationships.
