Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
2. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
3. Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
4. Ensure responsible alcohol service and comply with all company and legal policies and procedures.
5. Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
6. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
7. Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment.
2. Knowledge of various cocktails, spirits, and wine.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid bartending license or certification.
7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
8. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
