Stage Crew

- Assist with the set-up, maintenance, and strike of all stage and technical equipment for performances and events

- Operate lighting, sound, and other technical equipment during shows and events

- Work closely with the Entertainment Team to ensure all performances run smoothly and efficiently

- Participate in rehearsals and assist with any necessary changes or adjustments to technical aspects of the shows

- Maintain a safe and clean working environment on the stage and backstage areas

- Assist with the loading and unloading of equipment during port days and embarkation/disembarkation

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Stage Manager or Entertainment Director

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a cruise ship or live entertainment setting

- Knowledge of lighting, sound, and other technical equipment used in stage productions

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing schedules and show requirements

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy equipment

- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical examination and obtain necessary travel documents

- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

- Must be willing to live and work onboard a cruise ship for extended periods of time
