This privately owned award-winning fine dining restaurant offers a carefully selected ensemble of ingredients reflecting a unique international cuisine under their masterful head chef. Both red and white flagship wines from the estate and a few local boutique winemakers are used to showcase the tasting menus whether for lunch or dinner.

ProStaffSelect are in search of a professional and highly polished Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, tasting room activities, bookings & reservations, POS system, orders, wine tastings, wine & food pairings, restaurant admin, beverage stocks, retail store supplies and orders and the all-important responsibility of HOSTING restaurant visitors and PROMOTING this award-winning Restaurant.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Relevant Rest or Hotel Mgt / Wine qualification / WSET or Cape Wine Academy is preferred.
2. Previous experience within fine dining restaurant service essential.
3. Highly presentable male or lady with a natural style, polish and sophistication to match this exclusive brand.
4. Attractive and bubbly personality with lots of energy and strong knowledge of food and wines.
5. Service oriented and a natural hospitality focused individual.
6. Strong admin and computer proficiency.
7. Confident and expressive communicator with excellent communication skills in English.
8. Organised and well-planned individual with ATTENTION TO DETAIL in ALL respects.
9. A professional individual who's driven, determined and self-motivated.
