Job Responsibilities

1. Read and interpret fabric patterns, blueprints, and work orders
2. Measure and cut fabric materials with precision using various cutting tools and equipment
3. Ensure fabric pieces are cut to the correct size and shape as per the design specifications
4. Inspect fabric for defects, flaws, or inconsistencies before cutting
5. Mark and label fabric pieces to ensure proper identification and organization
6. Maintain a clean and organized cutting area
7. Collaborate with the sewing and production teams to ensure seamless workflow
8. Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
9. Monitor inventory levels of fabric materials and report shortages or reordering needs
10. Perform routine maintenance on cutting equipment to ensure optimal performance

Requirements

At least 2 years experience working in the clothing factory manufacturing industry.
