We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to join our team at PMG Recruitment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the accounting function, ensuring IFRS compliance, and managing key financial processes. They will work closely with the executive team and report directly to the Commercial Director.

As a senior finance executive, you will partner with the Group CTO, CIO, and HR Director to drive financial objectives, optimize costs, and manage risk. Your role will involve providing strategic direction, managing budgets, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the finance function and contribute to the organisation's overall strategy.
2. Ensure long-term strategic planning, cash management, budgeting, and financing align with the business's needs.
3. Provide strategic direction and financial insights to the executive team.
4. Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with IFRS.
5. Manage risk and optimize costs across the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles.
3. Experience with strategic planning and financial forecasting.
4. Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
