Brand Ambassador

Our client, a well-known luxury jewellery brand, is looking to hire experienced sales professionals/brand ambassadors to join their sales team in Johannesburg.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver a personalized, high-end shopping experience that reflects the brand’s values and consistently exceeds client expectations.
• Use your expertise to meet and surpass sales targets, all while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on collections, and ensuring every interaction is memorable and meaningful.

Candidate Requirements:

• A mature and professional demeanor, with prior experience in luxury retail or high-end sales strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with a sophisticated clientele.
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• A refined understanding of client service, with a natural ability to connect meaningfully and authentically with clients.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, in line with the luxury environment’s requirements.
