Our client with over four generations of expertise in the hide, skin, leather and wool industries is currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to the Director to provide comprehensive support to the Director.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating business operations, and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifying Criteria:
Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in an export/manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
Knowledge of export processes and international trade regulations (advantageous).
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Key Role and Responsibilities:
Administrative & Executive Support
Manage the Director's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the Director.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure seamless communication across departments.
Business Coordination & Operations
Liaise with suppliers, international clients, and business partners.
Support contract management, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Assist with project management and tracking key business objectives.
Conduct industry research and provide insights to support business decisions.
Logistics & Export Coordination
Collaborate with export teams to ensure smooth shipment of hides, skins, and wool.
Manage documentation and compliance for international exports.
Assist in liaising with customs, shipping agents, and regulatory bodies.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Act as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and partners.
Support business development efforts by coordinating meetings and follow-ups.
Maintain strong professional relationships on behalf of the Director.
