Kitchen Cupboard Sales, Design & Customer Service Consultant

We are looking for a Designer & Sales Consultant to join our highly motivated and energetic team of kitchen and built-in cupboard designers and consultants, to service a reputable retailer in the Bloemfontein, Free State and the surrounding areas. As a Designer & Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for their organization, within the Kitchen department. Owning a vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Liaising with clients
• Measuring and consulting on site
• Developing and creating inspiring proposals
• Quoting on creative work
• Order tracking and management from start to finish on each job
• Following up leads
• Converting leads to sales
• Meeting monthly sales targets
• Participation in tradeshows, exhibitions and networking to promote the brand
• Monitoring the target market, finding out the competitors, keeping up with the trends, latest innovations and products
• Administration
• Achieving KPI’s

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Requirements:

• A background in Kitchen Design, however training will be provided for our system
• Grade 12 or higher
• Sales Driven
• Must love working with people
• Customer Service & Sales Driven
• Must be willing to work the retail hours
• Have a “can do” positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Have a Friendly, Efficient and Flexible Ability to find solutions
• Good communication skills
• Previous Experience preferred
• Good mathematics
• Must be well organized, reliable and hard-working as well as a strong team player
• Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
• Must be able to pay close attention to detail
