Responsibilities:
Maintain financial records, including managing accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accurate record of transactions
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Manage payroll and related functions
Assist with audits and tax preparations as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field/Minimum a Diploma in finance or Accounting
3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Proficient in accounting software
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Strong personality and determination
