A well-established company in Pretoria seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join their team!
POSITION INFO : Requirements :
- Qualification in Human Resources advantageous
- Previous experience in a similar HR role
- Proficient in Afrikaans and English
- Strong understanding of labor laws, policies and legalities
Duties :
- Provide expert HR advice on various topics including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, retention and legal compliance
- Manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Advise on and resolve employee relations issues such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievances
- Conduct disciplinary hearings and exit interviews
- Oversee training and development programs
- Ensure HR practices comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Advise on risk management strategies related to HR practices
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks as required
