Job Title: Solutions Lead

We are partnering with a leading Logistics Solution Consultancy to find a talented Solutions Lead to join their team in Johannesburg.

The successful candidate will provide expertise, advice, support, and lead large-scale/complex supply chain solution projects that optimize organizational value chain integration and performance, leveraging the company's supply chain and logistics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply supply chain management knowledge to solve problems and optimize supply chain processes.
• Design and implement complex multi-capability supply chain solutions.
• Lead and manage high-performing teams to deliver results-driven projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in operations and/or solution design roles.
• Proven track record of leadership and team/project management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidates should have a deep understanding of supply chain management principles and be able to apply them in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of contacts within the industry and be able to build relationships quickly.
