Construction Manager /Site Agent (Civil Construction)

Civil construction company seeks a Construction Manager / Site Agent

Location: Paarl

Salary: R 40 000 pm - R 60 000 pm

Key Requirements:

1. ECSA or SACPCMP registration (preferred)
2. Proficient in MS Office and project management software (MS Project)
3. Strong knowledge of construction methods (SANS 1200/GCC)
4. Proven civil construction project management experience (pipelines, earthworks, roads, concrete works)
5. Excellent leadership and communication skills (English/Afrikaans)
6. Valid driver's license

Qualifications:

1. BEng / BSc / BTech / ND in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Experience:

1. Minimum 5 years in construction management on civil projects
