Property Administrator (*Must have Fiber connection to apply)
We are seeking a tech-savvy, proactive, and detail-oriented Property Administrator & Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role requires expertise in property administration, exceptional data entry skills, and a strong ability to coordinate property maintenance activities efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately update and maintain property management databases, ensuring all records are current and organized.
Utilize ticketing systems to manage and prioritize maintenance requests efficiently.
Coordinate dispatching of maintenance personnel to address issues promptly and effectively.
Assist in developing and implementing property management strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Support property managers and staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Availability immediately.
Demonstrated long-term commitment in previous roles.
Own laptop with reliable internet (fiber is a must).
Backup power (e.g., UPS) to ensure uninterrupted work during power outages.
Flexibility to work 4 PM - 12 AM.
