Remote Client Payment Risk Analyst

Objective: The Client Payment Risk Analyst is responsible for identifying, assessing, and proactively managing potential client payment risks, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement of risk management processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify clients at risk by managing all clients with NSF.
2. Review entries on the Risk Management Dashboard.
3. Assess potential payment risks and follow company protocols to manage these risks.
4. Communicate with clients by phone and through tickets to ensure timely resolution of issues.
5. Suggest improvements for handling recurring issues and collaborate with management to enhance methods.
6. Notice patterns in issues and propose improvements to the risk management process.
7. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on performance.
