Role Description


This is a full-time remote role for a Finance Director at a growing U.S.-based company. The Finance Director will also have leadership responsibilities, contributing to the strategic financial planning and growth of the company. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in financial management, with leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and tax laws.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support company goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Manage financial reporting, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Supervise accounting, finance, and payroll functions.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial efficiency improvements.

Compensation

$3,000 - 4,500 USD/month, paid in USD depending on experience.
