Role Description

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling budgets, and hiring and training employees.

• P&L Management, Budgeting, and Hiring skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in restaurant operations and management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
