About the job Rewards & Benefits Specialist
Job purpose:
To coordinate the implementation of organisational remuneration and benefit interventions to ensure market competitiveness
Summary - Key Accountabilities:
- Remuneration & benefits research & analysis
- Legislative compliance
- Incentive & reward systems implementation & management
- Procedure and Process Development, Review and Maintenance
- Remuneration committee submissions
- Annual Salary Review Planning & Implementation
- Contract Administration and Maintenance
- Job grading & role profile management
- A tertiary qualification in social sciences or data analytics will be an advantage
- An understanding of organisational effectiveness would be an advantage i.e. business processes, technology
- +/- 10 years experience in Human resources
Rem & Benefits experience will be an advantage - Experience in data analytics would be advantageous
