Digital Campaign Manager

A well-known SaaS company is looking for an experienced Digital Campaign Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimisation of internal paid media campaigns, as well as manage and grow a client-facing digital advertising stream.
This role combines hands-on digital marketing expertise with sales and client management. It's a great fit for someone who's excited about performance marketing, campaign strategy, and building scalable marketing revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Marketing (Brand Campaigns & Strategy)
- Plan, run, and optimise paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Own paid media strategy, budgeting, targeting, briefing, monitoring, and reporting
- Collaborate with an external Google Ads partner to manage SEM campaigns
- Oversee Google Ads budgets and performance, and report monthly
- Lead monthly email marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution (list management, content planning, copywriting, briefing, testing, and sending)
- Ensure strong deliverability, engagement, open and click-through rates
- Manage all internal campaign briefs and timelines using Asana
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely delivery of creative assets
- Allocate and track spend across all internal paid campaigns
- Optimise budgets based on performance and ensure strong ROI
- Provide monthly internal marketing budget and performance reports
- Analyse internal campaign performance and recommend improvements
Client-Focused Campaigns (Sales, Management & Delivery)
- Sell digital advertising packages to existing clients and new business prospects
- Build and manage a leads list using HubSpot; run outreach campaigns and sales sequences
- Share rate cards, negotiate packages, manage invoicing, and close advertising deals
- Understand individual client marketing goals and tailor campaign strategies accordingly
- Provide regular campaign updates and maintain strong client relationships
- Brief all client campaigns into Asana, detailing audience targeting, spend, and placements
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-performing creative content for clients
- Test and optimise client-facing content for best results
- Deliver detailed post-campaign performance reports and ROI insights to clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in marketing campaign management with a strong focus on paid media strategy & execution
- Proven experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads
- Comfortable using Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Search Console
- Proficient in email marketing platforms (Everlytic, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Skilled in campaign reporting and performance optimisation
- Comfortable using HTML and advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client management and relationship-building experience
- Sales experience is a plus
- Must have own reliable transport
