Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop, maintain and update pricing models to support the sales & marketing team in tenders and proposals, business planning, valuation, and decision-making.
2. Review tender requirements and pricing models required in order to develop a commercial / pricing model responsive to the client requirements, while meeting business objectives and ensuring targeted Revenue, GP's and commercials are met.
3. Analyze complex data sets and financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management.
4. Able to convert large RFQ's into figures through Excel.
5. Manage and present commercial models and identify areas to maximize profitability or minimize risk.
6. Reporting on all commercial matrix including revenues, margins, benchmarking, quarterly and annual projections.
7. Effective tracking on all Soft and workplace related requests / calls.
8. Work through large contracts.
9. Ability to break down complex costing for proposals while maintaining an understanding of the commercial needs of the business.
10. Present financial and commercial analysis and client financial models to internal stakeholders, including senior management, to drive business decisions.
11. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
12. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports as required.

Requirements

Education:

BCom Finance or similar
