Position: Sales Manager (Hospitality/Hotel Industry)

Key responsibilities will include:

1. Develop and foster relationships with key suppliers in the MICE, corporate and public sector.
2. Product knowledge, presentation, and site inspections.
3. Direct sales through face-to-face calls and client event specific focus meetings.
4. Identify new markets, segments, or opportunities that will increase sales.
5. Drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence through each customer experience.
6. Work closely with the Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs and strategy of the hotels.
