• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in performing accounts payable
• Financial IT systems: Infor – Baan
• Technical aptitude
• Reliable transport

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supplier invoices are matched against purchase orders and goods received notes.
• Capturing of supplier invoices.
• Capturing of credit requisitions.
• Ensure the correct GL is utilized when processing supplier invoices.
• Management of goods received not invoiced.
• Management of open supplier purchase orders.
• Timeous payment of supplier invoices.
• Preparation of monthly creditor reconciliations.
