Neo Group is on the lookout for a dedicated Call Center Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch technical support and assistance to our customers over the phone.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and maintenance for call center systems, including Asterisk, XCally Motion, and other call center applications.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to telephony systems, software configurations, and hardware devices.
3. Monitor system performance to ensure optimal operations and minimal downtime.
4. Assist with the integration of call center applications and CRM platforms.
5. Conduct training sessions for staff on using call center tools and systems.
6. Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement new features and updates.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Asterisk and XCally Motion systems.
2. Experience with VoIP protocols and telephony solutions.
3. Familiarity with other call center software and integrations.
4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
5. Knowledge of network configurations, including SIP trunking and firewalls.
6. Ability to document processes and maintain system records.
