Job Description

As a leading designer and fabricator of retail store displays and fixtures, we specialize in creating custom injection-molded single-serve coolers to drive impulse purchases at convenience and grocery stores. We also design and manufacture a variety of specialized retail racks and fixtures made of plastic, wood, metal, or wire. Associates work directly with leading retailers and brands like Pepsi, Coca Cola, Red Bull, Anheuser Busch, and many other Fortune 500 companies to create shopping experiences seen every day. General Maintenance Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for general maintenance in the production facility.
2. Turns on air compressors and tower system every morning and conducts daily PM on them.
3. Performs service and repairs in areas of plumbing, painting, etc.
4. Requires knowledge of hand tools use.
5. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of merchandise display products.
6. Performs a wide variety of tasks and exercises a certain degree of creativity and latitude.
7. Familiar with metal wire, vacuum forming, injection molding, and blow molding processes.
8. Machine repair, welding, and general repair of any factory equipment.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

1. Education: High School Graduate.
2. Experience: At least 5 years.
3. May have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training.

Required Skills:

1. Well-developed written communication and interpersonal skills; “Multi-tasker” with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
2. Employee alternates between walking and standing while frequently completing tasks that require bending, climbing, reaching above shoulder level, kneeling, balancing, pushing and pulling, lifting and carrying.
3. Employee lifts and carries objects weighing less than 100 lbs.
