As a Customer Support Representative, you'll provide exceptional service while also contributing to our brand's voice through social media management or blog writing. You will play a key role in both customer satisfaction and content creation for our online presence.

Previous experience is required in either customer support, social media management, or blog writing.
Exceptional English Skills: Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills for customer support and content creation.
Availability to work U.S. hours (4pm - 1am Eastern Time, Monday through Friday).
Ability to provide past work examples (social media management or blog writing).
