Principal SAP Real Estate Management REM Functional Analyst

The Principal SAP Real Estate Management (REM) Functional Analyst will be responsible for the configuration implementation and support of SAP REM solutions ensuring seamless integration with other modules and business processes. The role requires a strong technical and functional understanding of SAP REM project execution and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to meet the client's business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and set up SAP REM ensuring optimal integration with other SAP modules.
• Conduct thorough business analysis to gather and document requirements.
• Develop and complete blueprint documents including process diagrams and proposed solutions.
• Compile detailed functional specifications for technical teams.
• Perform comprehensive system testing to validate configurations and developments.
• Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions for end users.
• Provide expert guidance and support during project execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful SAP REM implementations.
• Ensure compliance with local government regulations and business policies.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Qualifications: SAP REM Certification.

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of SAP experience.
• Proven experience in multiple SAP REM implementations.
• Experience in SAP REFX to GIS Integration.
• Experience in Case Management and SAP Land Use Management.
• Local government experience would be highly beneficial.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Degree (or equivalent 3-year Tertiary qualification) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Must have a Business Analysis Diploma (National Diploma: Business Analysis is advantageous).
• Skills in strategy development (ICT Planning).
• Ability to lead, work in a team, inter-personal skills, etc.
• Lead and oversee a team of professionals.
• Ability to be self-managed, ethical and honest.
• Ability to be respectful and seek to build relationships.
• Have a pragmatic approach to business transformation.
• Strong presentation skills at all levels (viz. executive level and operational).
• Ensuring effective communication with the business i.e., making sure the business understands what is required from them for the success of a project.
• Experience and capability of leading IT technologies.
• Follow and adhere to WCG procedures and protocol.
• Act within the defined scope.

• Be able to conduct analysis of department's strategic documentation.
• Reviewing/documenting Business Requirements Specification (BRS).
• Conduct business process modelling (using BPMN Notation).
• Conduct business case development.
• Conduct functional designs.
• Compile test plans and do systems testing.
• Possess problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Have excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
• User liaison and good inter-personal skills.
• Presentation and facilitation skills.

• Knowledge of project management principles.

Education

Qualifications Required: SAP REM Certification
