Job Title: Sales Consultant

Location: Northdale PMB

Salary: Basic Salary R5000 + Commission + Fuel Allowance if you are using a vehicle.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional customer service skills, and administrative capabilities. This position requires you to have your own vehicle, as travel within the specified areas is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Door to Door Knocking.
• Leads will be provided. Target Driven.
• Actively seek out and engage with potential customers to meet monthly sales targets.
• Promote and sell our products/services within the assigned regions: Northdale (PMB).
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and other administrative duties.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals.
• Follow up with customers to ensure successful product/service delivery.

Requirements:

• Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales is essential. Matric.
• Customer Service: Strong ability to engage with customers and resolve issues effectively.
• Administrative Skills: Competent in maintaining accurate records and handling administrative tasks.
• Own Vehicle: Must have your OWN reliable CAR. Fuel Allowance (R2000).
• Residency: Pietermaritzburg.
• Target-Driven: Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets (30 sales per month).

Compensation:

• Basic Salary: R5000 per month.
• Fuel Allowance: R2000 - MUST HAVE A VEHICLE.
• Commission: Earn additional commission after achieving 15 sales in a month.
