Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Law: LLB, BProc or B Juris Degree (LLB, MBA Preferred)
• Intermediate computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Contract management systems
• Strong personality with an ability to get the necessary messages across (Advantageous)
• Logistics Industry knowledge
• Freight forwarding knowledge

Job Related Requirements

• 5 years Post Qualification experience in a senior position
• Admission as an Attorney
• Experience in Drafting, Reviewing, and Negotiating Commercial Agreements and Contracts, locally and internationally
• Technical knowledge of legal structures and agreements within logistics industry
• Knowledge and Experience of Privacy Laws and Regulations with the ability to provide training to key stakeholders
