Merchandise Compliance Administrator

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a Merchandise Compliance Administrator to join our team on a Fixed Term Basis. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that store planograms are effectively executed at store level, ultimately driving increased sales and enhancing the in-store customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review and implement store planograms for specified Incredible Connection and HiFi Corp stores in the Johannesburg/Pretoria regions.
2. Ensure all SKUs are placed on pegs as per the planogram and displayed correctly.
3. Maintain sufficient stock levels in stores to avoid out-of-stock situations.
4. Verify that all SKUs are displayed accurately with the correct pricing, including promotional pricing.
5. Oversee the appearance and functionality of display stands, ensuring they are well-stocked and visually appealing.
6. Confirm that FAB (Feature, Advantage, Benefit) cards are correctly placed and visible on relevant display stands.
7. Conduct regular store visits to audit compliance and address any deviations from the planogram.
8. Collaborate with store teams to resolve compliance-related challenges and maintain merchandising standards.

Key Requirements

1. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with store teams effectively.
3. Knowledge of retail merchandising, planogram implementation, and stock management.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
5. Familiarity with IC and HiFi Corp store environments is advantageous.
6. Must have driver’s license and own car.
