If you answered yes to these questions, then we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for a Senior Strategy Consultant to join our Corporate & Investment Banking division and help us achieve our strategic goals.

As a Senior Strategy Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and reviewing the overall firm strategy, and driving strategy processes in the business
2. Assessing and advising on strategic business matters, such as market trends, competitive analysis, growth opportunities, and risk management
3. Supporting on strategic initiatives and projects across the division and the firm
4. Engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners to build strong relationships and alignment
5. Participating in the Exco secretariat duties - compiling agenda and content for meeting to drive good debate
6. Working with Front Office and Infrastructure areas to ensure required levels of business support.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a Postgrad degree or MBA is preferred
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, or corporate development, preferably in the Corporate & Investment Banking industry
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
5. A proactive, creative, and innovative mindset

Education

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
