As the Inside Sales Representative, you must be comfortable making a large number of cold calls a day, engaging with C-level customer stakeholders, qualifying prospects, and maturing leads to be passed on to the Go-To Market regional sales team.

As you will often be the first point of contact a customer has with our business, the passion and energy you bring to this role will be key to your success.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting, generating, and maturing leads to be passed to Sales Managers/BDMs.
  2. Screening and qualifying potential business through cold calling, emails & LinkedIn (including video messages).
  3. Effective use of Salesforce CRM, Outreach, Zoominfo/Cognism/Lusha, and Sales Navigator to manage the entirety of lead workflow, along with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office).
  4. Write and develop outreach sequence activities with a view of educating and booking meetings with prospects.
  5. Speaking directly with end customers/prospects to evangelize the Camms brand and articulate the benefits of our solutions.
  6. Developing a strong proficiency in identifying opportunities and overcoming and handling objections.
  7. Partnering with the Sales team to develop a targeted prospecting strategy based on an assigned list of target accounts.
  8. Attending industry trade shows and events, speaking with delegates to promote the Riskonnect/Camms solutions.
  9. Consistently achieve Sales Qualified Leads quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives.
  10. Weekly and quarterly reporting on performance (activity, meeting, and SAL stats).
  11. Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and competitors.
  12. Any other reasonable duties as required.

Your current skillset will include:

  1. 1 - 3 years of professional sales experience. Other roles or experience with transferable skills will be considered, including resilience, time management, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment, with knowledge in risk or compliance being advantageous.
  3. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Ability to make a large number of cold calls a day, engaging with C-level customer stakeholders, qualifying prospects, and maturing leads to be passed on to our Sales team.
  5. Drive and hunger to achieve results and grow your account base with a view to moving into a sales role within a few years.
  6. Show a high degree of organizational ability and attention to detail.
  7. Strong ability to work with computer programs and ensure CRM accuracy.
  8. The ability and flexibility to work independently, with remote management based in another country.
  9. Degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of experience.

Special Conditions:

  1. May be required to travel and work from the local office at least 2 days a week.
  2. Travel and out-of-hour work may be required from time to time for trade shows, events, and calls with other global regions.
