Full job description

Cake Zone has an open position for a cashier/customer service role.

On a Daily Basis, the candidate will:

1. Serve confectionery products to customers
2. Process sales transactions
3. Take event cake orders from customers
4. Prepare and pack confectionery products
5. Handle customer issues

Requirements

1. 2 Years previous Customer Service or Cashier experience
2. Matric Qualification
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills
4. Self-Motivated and Hard Working
5. Honest and Trustworthy
6. Adaptable and willing to help where the customer needs to be served
7. Accuracy in dealing with money
8. Ability to resolve customer complaints
9. The candidate needs to be South African and live close to the store

Salary will be based on the skills and experience of the candidate.
