About You We’re Looking For Someone Who Brings

1. Proven Expertise: At least five years of retail management experience, including three years at a senior level.
2. Leadership Skills: The ability to develop, lead, and manage a team effectively.
3. A Strategic Mindset: Strong planning and organizational abilities, with a knack for analyzing operational data and making sound business decisions.
4. A Positive Attitude: A target-driven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Tech Savvy: Competence with computer systems and familiarity with I.R. practices.
6. Flexibility: A valid driver’s license to keep you mobile and adaptable.

Your Responsibilities

1. Drive daily store operations and ensure policies are upheld.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve queries promptly.
3. Oversee store layouts and ensure administrative processes are on track.
4. Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets.
