Snr Management Accountant, E-commerce

As Snr Management Accountant, you will be at the forefront of implementing new systems and processes to account for Nile’s new business initiatives. Through your work, we will be able to consolidate financial information across business units, enabling management to make better decisions.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

1. Consolidating and reviewing complex management accounts
2. Implementing new in-time reporting mechanisms to account for the various operating units
3. Supporting our Head of Finance on the implementation of the ERP system for new business units
4. Planning cash flow requirements across business divisions, including multi-currency disbursements
5. Managing debtor and creditor functions

Minimum Requirements:

1. CA or CIMA qualified
2. 4-8 years working experience as a financial accountant/financial manager, preferably at companies with a high frequency of transactions
3. Experienced in payment workflows, including debtor/creditor management
4. Quick learner who is able to adapt to the complexity of a hyper-growth start-up
5. Good technical accounting skills
6. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
7. Multi-tasker able to balance requests from multiple entities
