Butchery Manager - Delthorn (Pietersburg)

Permanent Senior Management position in retail butchery chain.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years Butchery experience.
• Self-starter with experience managing a team of 10-15 people.
• Proven ability to achieve sales and gross profits.
• High standards in hygiene, cutting, packing, merchandising, and customer service.
• Ability to develop and grow sales while controlling expenses.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Internet).
• Contactable references.
• Valid driver's license.
