Group Financial Manager

Job Description:

Responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
Adept at optimizing cost structures, implementing risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial commitments and forecasts.
Highly skilled in CRM utilization & Syspro.
Building and implementation of forecast plans, business strategy, and Opex control.
Assess company performance in relation to annual budget and strategy.
Prepare financial models to evaluate the financial viability and conduct the necessary due diligence to inform decision-making.
Identifying and assessing business risk within the portfolio, and ensuring the implementation of necessary controls in mitigation.
Oversee the finance department for the company, driving high performance within the Finance function with a focus on teamwork and accountability to deliver commercial performance, exceed financial targets, and positively contribute to working capital efficiency.

Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4+ years of experience post-articles coupled with management/supervision of audits.
Knowledge of BOMs and experience in a manufacturing environment will be advantageous.
Based in Atlantis, must be willing to travel to Moorreesburg a minimum of twice a week.
The finance professional must be registered with SAICA and fluent in both Afrikaans & English.
Syspro system experience would be advantageous.
