Minimum requirements:

  • Experience: Previous managerial experience in the sports or leisure industry is preferred, particularly in customer service or event management.
  • First Aid Knowledge: Familiarity with first aid procedures or certification is beneficial.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Guest Hosting: Welcome guests warmly, engage in games when necessary, explain the rules of padel, and facilitate social interactions through platforms like WhatsApp for marketing purposes.
  • Club Operations Management: Open and close the club daily, ensuring all policies are adhered to while effectively managing staff schedules.
  • Pro Shop Oversight: Manage sales and inventory of the pro shop, track rentals, and promote padel equipment sales.
  • Reporting: Maintain daily reports on court usage, cash handling, and equipment maintenance needs.
  • Stock Management: Ensure proper stock levels are maintained for all equipment and supplies.
  • Corporate Engagements: Handle bookings for corporate events and school groups to enhance community involvement.
