Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Renewable Energy and Network Engineering

We are seeking a qualified Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technological efforts and oversee projects related to network engineering and electrical engineering.

Job Description: The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be instrumental in shaping the technological vision of Yingwe Technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in network engineering, hold a CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification, and have an interest in next-generation technologies related to renewable energy and network infrastructure. This part-time position requires a visionary leader who can develop and implement innovative technology strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute technology strategies focused on renewable energy solutions and ICT infrastructure.
2. Oversee network engineering projects, ensuring optimal system performance, reliability, and scalability.
3. Lead electrical engineering initiatives that support the development of renewable energy technologies.
4. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and technological standards.
5. Collaborate with project teams to facilitate successful planning and execution of projects.
6. Identify areas for technological improvement and innovation within the company, particularly in network infrastructure and renewable energy systems.
7. Conduct research and stay updated on next-generation technologies that can enhance our service offerings.
8. Build and maintain relationships with technology partners, clients, and stakeholders.
9. Provide leadership and guidance for the technical team, focusing on continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in technology leadership, particularly within the renewable energy and ICT infrastructure sectors.
3. CCNA certification is required.
4. Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
5. In-depth knowledge of network systems, electrical engineering principles, and renewable energy practices.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with stakeholders.
7. Passion for next-generation technology in renewable energy and network infrastructure.
