Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of trainers.
Design and implement outcome-based training programs.
Conduct trainer observations, feedback sessions, and development workshops.
Align training initiatives with business and client requirements.
Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to maintain high training standards.
Oversee training administration, including scheduling, reporting, and compliance.
Support the Training Manager in strategic planning and execution of training interventions.
Requirements
Proven experience in training and development within a BPO or contact centre environment.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience in managing trainers.
Ability to design, develop, and implement training materials and programs.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training platforms.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness.
