THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an opportunity for a Digital Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team.
The Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for executing, implementing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of current digital marketing trends and social media tools, with the ability to manage campaigns across various platforms. You will be a key digital all-rounder, handling all aspects of digital marketing across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across various platforms, with a focus on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads Manager
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Drive engagement and social community growth
- Build brand engagement on social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Research and identify innovative digital opportunities, develop tactical marketing initiatives, and set up test campaigns to assess their viability
- Execute rapid deployment of online campaigns based on the needs of the business
- Segment audiences and understand customer buying behaviours and profiles
- Stay current with all technical and content advances in Facebook and other online marketing channels
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize budget allocation to ensure maximum campaign performance
- Ability to multitask and have a holistic 360 view of the marketing funnel across various Ad accounts
- Create, manage, maintain and execute the content calendar for all social media channels across all countries
- Develop creative briefs and review creative for all social and digital channels
- Collaborate with the web development team to manage and update company websites, ensuring content and visuals remain fresh and up-to-date
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Develop positive, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and manage relationships with key partners and act as their primary point of contact
- Drive new partnership growth opportunities with current and potential new digital partners across all our markets
Requirements
Essential
- Relevant qualification
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Digital Marketing and Digital Campaign Management
- Proven success working across Facebook, X, TikTok, Linkedin, Google marketing platforms
- Experience in paid media platforms and tools with an emphasis on Meta and TikTok for Business
- Skilled in identifying target audiences and creating digital campaigns that captivate, educate, and inspire action
- Working with media partners/ publishers to run media campaigns
- Experience in building brand engagement on social media platforms
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (E.g., Google Analytics)
- Proficient in understanding and implementing various remarketing strategies effectively
- Be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Desirable
- Appropriate experience in QSR, FMCG, or retail environments
- Experience on Google Workspace
