Job Purpose:

To gain new business, maintain and develop relationship with customers, achieving new business targets.

Monthly new business revenue target is based on 2.5 X CTC.

Effective JAN-DEC date range.

Accountabilities and Performance Measures:

  1. Minimum of 6 new business meetings per week, throughout cold calling and referrals.
  2. Usage of Reach, new business meetings uploaded weekly.
  3. Minimum of 1 new business account signed per month (Linked to monthly CTC revenue target).
  4. Quarterly revenue achieved review (As per company penalty guideline).
