About The Role

As an Automation Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain automations to boost productivity and reduce manual work. Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities, ensuring our systems are efficient, scalable, and reliable.

Responsibilities

  • Designing Automation process solutions in accordance with standard UiPath design principles and conventions.
  • Configuring new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
  • Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
  • Communicating on software related issues, suggested improvements, and participating with other users in the Automation community.
  • Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
  • Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases.

Requirements

  • BS Engineering/Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience.
  • Software development domain expertise in one or more general purpose programming languages (i.e. Python, Go).
  • Working experience in coding RPA solutions at enterprise level using one of the industry leading Robotics Automation Products, UiPath and/or other alternative RPA solutions such as Power Automate.
  • Experience in workflow scripting, web services and Integration objects and database configuration.
  • Up to date with emerging technologies and products as well as awareness of opportunities they provide.

Ability to adapt to working with a global organization across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless communication and project continuity.
