Litigation Attorney

Our firm is expanding and we are seeking to employ a litigation attorney for our debt recovery and insolvency department. The successful candidate must:

1. Hold an LLB degree;
2. Have at least three to five years post-admission experience in bank debt recovery;
3. Be able to handle a large portfolio of accounts and work largely unsupervised;
4. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
5. Be results-driven;
6. Possess strong negotiation skills;
7. Be well-versed in the Rules of Court pertaining to debt recovery procedures.
