Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Midrand for a recruitment company specialising in Financial Recruitment. Fluent in English and Afrikaans, driver's license and own car are required. You will be given an active and current database to start. If you are driven and motivated to write your own pay cheque, do not hesitate to apply. Previous experience as a Recruiter or in sales is highly advantageous. The role would also suit a graduate with a degree in Psychology or similar, who has a passion for people.

POSITION INFO:

Additional requirements include above average communication skills, outstanding writing skills in English, attention to detail, and good organisational and administration skills.

We need a self-starter who is highly motivated with a burning desire to succeed. The position is target linked and as such highly pressurised. A person who is willing to go the extra mile, i.e., working longer hours when needed, and ensures they achieve targets would be suited to the position.

Own transport and valid driver's license essential.
