Job Description:
We are looking for driven and passionate Sales Representatives to promote our transformative career mentorship programs (Career Drive, Ambitious Network, Wealth Generator) and Motherhood Support services. As a Sales Representative, you’ll connect with working mothers through digital platforms like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, blogs, webinars, and virtual events, offering solutions that help them overcome career barriers and childcare challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sell 90 combined services (career mentorship + motherhood support) during the 2-month assessment period to secure permanent employment.
2. Promote our programs via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, parenting forums, mommy blogs, and virtual networking events.
3. Leverage the provided 2-month online sales training to master effective sales strategies and client engagement techniques.
4. Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their unique needs and showcasing how our programs can transform their lives.
5. Collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to empowering working mothers and creating lasting impact.

1. Base Salary: R34,000/month + pension benefits (after meeting assessment targets).
